65% less sugar than regular coconut aminos. Our Reuced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and taste more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! We use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 57% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
