FRED'S-BATTERED CORN NUGGET - 6/2# Bags
IQF golden brown nuggets with a creamy corn filling. Nuggetrs should be golden brown in color and crisp in bite. Whole corn kernels should be visible in filling. Filling should have a sweet corn flavor and creamy texture.
Preparation instruction: Preparation Type: Cooking Instructions Deep Fryer Instructions: 350°F for 3 1/2 minutes. Conventional Oven Instructions: 425°F for 8 minutes. Convection Oven Instructions: 375°F for 5 1/2 to 6 minutes. Preparation Notes: FOR BEST QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. ALL FOOD SHOULD BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Preparation Notes: Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
